After vetting this newly introduced technology, we at Apex Security Group have concluded that the Hazavoid™ Alert System should be implemented into every Safety & Security plan if a property:

• The Hazavoid™ Emergency Alert System (EAS) operates independently of your organization's IT Network or Electrical Supply. This feature contributes significantly to its reliability and effectiveness during emergencies, ensuring that the system will continue to function even when wireless networks or power grids are down. 

• Remote Activation Options: The Hazavoid™ Alert system offers two convenient methods for remote activation: via a wall mount or a handheld remote. This flexibility allows authorized personnel to have universal access to initiate alerts from a distance of up to 200 yards, providing them with the freedom to respond swiftly to emergencies while maintaining a safe distance from potential hazards.

• Immediate & Customizable Response: Upon activation, the Hazavoid™ Alert system emits a loud emergency siren, instantly grabbing the attention of everyone on site. This auditory signal is followed by a clearly enunciated, customizable message, providing essential instructions and information to occupants. This immediate response mechanism is crucial for facilitating a coordinated response and ensuring that everyone is aware of the emergency situation and knows how to react appropriately within mere seconds of the alert being activated. After the emergency has passed, the system can use the same technology to alert the campus of an “all clear”.

• Encrypted Radio Frequency Wireless Feature: The use of encrypted radio frequency wireless technology adds a layer of security to the remote activation process, preventing unauthorized access or tampering with the system. This ensures the integrity and reliability of the alert activation mechanism, safeguarding against potential threats to campus safety. 

• Optional visual: Including visual alerts alongside the auditory signals can improve accessibility for individuals with hearing impairments and enhance overall situational awareness.

• Solar or Electrical powered with Battery backup: This feature ensures that the system remains operational even during power outages, maintaining its effectiveness when it's needed most.

• Fast, Simplistic and Inexpensive Installation: The ability to install the system quickly can be vital, especially in situations where time is of the essence, such as implementing emergency measures in response to a threat.
